Purchasing packs of cigarettes becomes a necessary ritual in a daily routine
For smokers, purchasing packs of cigarettes becomes a necessary ritual in a daily routine. You remember to visit the convenience store, smoke shop or other vendor every few days without even realizing it because the habit becomes so deep-rooted.
With e-cigarettes, however, it’s a bit different. When an e-smoker runs out of e-liquid, he/she remembers to go online and buy some e-products. More than once over the years, people run out of their favorite brand and had to take to using an e-liquid. Of course, one could have gone to the convenience store and picked up a Vuse or Logic e-cigarette, but then it could just mean overpaying for a poor-quality product.
These experiences make someone believe that many e-smokers might be interested in a scheme that allows them to have their e-liquids or refill cartridges sent automatically.
You’d never need to remember to place an order — they’d just be delivered to your door. To date, many e-cigarette companies have tried to offer such a service. Companies know that some consumers would like automatic shipments of e-cigarette refills, and they also know that the constant revenue from subscription fees would be good for them, as well.
Many people think of the free e-cigarette scam when they encounter subscription-based services. And none can blame them for that; this is something that has given the industry as a whole a bad reputation.
